Job Description:

This role is ideal for someone with strong people skills and a good sense of space, design logic, and lifestyle alignment. You’ll be the bridge between clients and the design team, helping turn aspirations into functional and aesthetic interiors.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, virtual meetings, and in-person consultations
Understand their lifestyle needs, space requirements, and budget preferences
Suggest suitable design directions, material selections, and layouts
Prepare and present clear and transparent project estimates
Coordinate with the design and technical teams to ensure expectations are met
Maintain proactive communication with clients at every stage
Build trust and long-term relationships through value-added service
Candidate Profile:
Strong verbal communication in English and one local language
Client-facing personality with a problem-solving mindset
Eagerness to learn interior basics, material knowledge, and layout planning
Familiarity with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and documentation
Calm, professional, and focused on client experience
Willing to work weekends, with a weekly off during weekdays
Eligibility:
Freshers and candidates up to 2 years of experience are welcome
Background in design, sales, client handling, or service roles preferred
Full training will be provided on materials, process, costing, and layout logic
Compensation:
CTC: ₹2.4 – ₹4.2 Lakhs per annum
