Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Design Development

  • Bring concepts to life—from mood boards to detailed floor plans to 3D visuals.
  • Explore unique themes, layouts, and unconventional ideas that set us apart.
  • Design for homes, studios, retail spaces, salons, and more.

2. Early Engagement with Clients & Execution Teams

  • Participate in early client consultations to shape layouts, suggest electrical changes, and optimize space.
  • Walk clients through design thinking and give clarity on why we do what we do.

3. Technical Detailing & Accuracy

  • Provide error-free drawings that meet modular and site conditions.
  • Ensure site compatibility through collaboration with project and factory teams.
  • Propose materials and finishes that balance aesthetics, longevity, and budget.

4. Collaboration & Co-Creation

  • Work alongside design consultants, project managers, and the procurement team.
  • Help align client aspirations with realistic execution timelines and budgets.

5. Innovation, Research & Trend Spotting

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, explore global inspirations, and propose fresh ideas.
  • Bring in sustainable practices and new materials wherever applicable.

6. Project Accountability

  • Own the design from sketch to sign-off.
  • Ensure clarity on decisions, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
  • Be ready to step in when revisions are needed or support is required on site.

What You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s in Architecture or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience with a portfolio showcasing residential and/or commercial projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and any 3D visualization tools
  • Passion for pushing boundaries in design
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-trust environment
  • Strong understanding of space planning, vastu (preferred), and customer psychology
