Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Development:
– Create innovative architectural designs that meet client needs and preferences.
– Develop detailed plans and 3D models using architectural software.
– Ensure designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with the latest trends and technologies.
2. Project Planning:
– Collaborate with project managers and interior designers to plan and execute projects.
– Prepare comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
3. Client Interaction:
– Handle elite clients and premium projects, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
– Meet with clients to discuss their requirements and design preferences.
– Present design concepts and modify plans based on client feedback.
4. Technical Expertise:
– Oversee the technical aspects of architectural design and construction.
– Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
– Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
5. Coordination and Collaboration:
– Coordinate with various stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
– Ensure seamless integration of architectural and interior design elements.
– Work closely with the procurement team to source materials and products.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
– Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation.
– Prepare and submit regular reports on project status and progress.
– Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.
7. Innovation and Sustainability:
– Incorporate sustainable and environmentally-friendly practices into designs.
– Stay updated with the latest advancements in architecture, design technologies, and execution methods.
8. Commercial Projects:
– Experience in handling commercial projects is an advantage.
– Apply expertise to create exceptional designs for commercial spaces.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
– Proven experience as an Architect, with a portfolio of elite and premium projects.
– Strong proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
– Excellent understanding of design principles, building codes, and regulations.
– Exceptional creativity and innovative thinking.
– Strong communication and presentation skills.
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
– Up-to-date knowledge of the latest design trends and technologies.
