Job Overview: 

Decotales is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Community Manager to join our team. The Community Manager will oversee design workflows, check quotations, ensure timely delivery, maintain continuous communication with clients, and take full accountability for ensuring a satisfactory client experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong design knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities:

– Design Monitoring: Oversee and check the designs produced by the design team, ensuring they are accurate, creative, and aligned with client expectations.

– Quotation Review: Verify quotations post-design phase to ensure they align with the project scope and budget.

– Design Speed Optimization: Push for faster design completion while ensuring quality, meeting deadlines, and resolving any bottlenecks in the design phase.

– Technical Expertise: Monitor the technical aspects of designs to ensure they meet modular interior standards and are executable by the operations team.

– Customer Relations: Maintain continuous communication with clients, ensuring a smooth process and delivering a fully satisfactory experience.

– Accountability and Escalation Prevention: The team and Community Manager must take responsibility for any errors, resolving them immediately by bringing them to management’s attention without delay. Ensure proactive communication, timely updates, and error-free designs.

– Training and Accountability: Implement proper training for the design team, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver designs that are error-free and client-ready. Establish strict accountability measures to ensure the entire team delivers high-quality designs on time.

– Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, project managers, and operations teams to ensure cohesive project flow and seamless execution.

– Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Establish a process for gathering client feedback and implementing continuous improvements to ensure high client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

– Minimum 2 yrs of experience in design management or customer-facing roles within the interior design industry.

– Strong technical knowledge of modular design systems, materials, and construction standards.

– Proven experience in handling and preventing client escalations.

– Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
