Your Role: Community Manager

You’re not just managing communication. You’re ensuring design intent is met, client expectations are exceeded, and every stage flows like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Oversight & Accuracy:
    Review and monitor every design for technical clarity, creative quality, and client alignment.
  • Quotation Verification:
    Post-design, ensure all estimates match the discussed scope. Avoid surprises. Build trust.
  • Design Speed & Delivery:
    Push the team to stay ahead of deadlines without compromising on detailing or aesthetics.
  • Technical Know-How:
    Understand modular interiors thoroughly—ensure all designs are practically executable with factory precision.
  • Client Communication:
    Be the single point of contact clients can rely on—transparent, proactive, and always one step ahead.
  • Escalation Prevention:
    Accountability is everything. If anything goes wrong, you own it—act fast, escalate smartly, and fix it.
  • Team Training & Ownership:
    Coach the team to reduce design errors, improve TAT (turnaround time), and implement SOPs that scale.
  • Collaboration:
    Sync with project managers and operations to ensure flawless execution from design to delivery.
  • Feedback & Continuous Improvement:
    Create a loop for learning—listen, adapt, and upgrade both the team and the experience.

You’re a Fit If You Have:

  • 2+ years in design/client-facing roles in the interiors industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of modular interior systems.
  • A mix of creativity and structure—you understand design and the need for timelines.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • A problem-solving mindset—quick to act, quicker to adapt.
