You will be responsible for ensuring error-free execution, maintaining the highest quality standards, and ensuring timely delivery of all projects. In the event of any errors, both you and your team will be expected to take immediate responsibility, resolve the issues promptly by escalating them to management without delay, and ensure corrective measures are implemented swiftly.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead, mentor, and monitor Project Managers to ensure that all projects are completed within the stipulated timeline, without errors, and to the highest quality standards.
– Foster a culture of accountability where both you and your team take ownership of mistakes, learn from them, and prevent them from recurring.
– Quickly resolve any errors by immediately bringing them to management’s attention and implementing corrective actions without delay.
– Ensure that the entire execution process is smooth, hassle-free, and fully aligned with the expectations of our clients, creating a seamless experience.
– Develop and implement immediate action plans (Plan B) when challenges arise, ensuring minimal disruption to project flow.
– Be a customer-obsessed leader who strives to make every project delivery a positive and memorable experience for clients.
– Uphold the seriousness of error loss, ensuring financial and operational accountability at all levels, and working to reduce risk.
– Drive operational excellence through rigorous adherence to timelines, quality control, and continuous improvement of processes.
– Maintain a hands-on approach to the technical details of project execution, with a focus on precision and excellence.
– Ensure that your team is highly motivated, responsible, and ready to work, with a shared commitment to professional growth and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the interior design or construction industry.
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and hold teams accountable for their performance and growth.
– Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on implementing practical, effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
– Expertise in technical execution, quality control, and managing complex operational processes.
