Every Decotales product comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware issues (hinges, channels, handles).
This warranty does not cover impact damage, exposure to water, or improper handling.
Please record a video while unboxing your product and report any visible damage within 24 hours by sharing the photos/videos with us.
We will repair or replace the affected part/unit after assessment.
Note: Damage claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Since every piece is built and finished on order, we do not accept returns for preference or color change. However, any manufacturing or transit defects will be fully resolved under our warranty policy.
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. A GST invoice will be shared digitally after purchase.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available. EMI options may appear at checkout depending on payment method and bank.
