Usage & Care
- Operation (Hydraulic): Lift the foot of the mattress platform with a gentle push; pistons will take over and hold the base open safely for full access.
- Operation (Drawers): Use the push-to-open system (depending on final hardware) for easy access to small items.
- Laminate Care: Wipe all laminated surfaces with a soft, damp cloth.
- Note: Due to the integrated drawers, positioning the bed (left/right side access) should be considered.
- Frame & Laminate Care: Wipe all laminated surfaces (including the headboard) with a soft, damp cloth. The surface is highly durable and easy to clean.
- Avoid: Abrasive pads, harsh chemicals, or acidic solutions.
- Note: Ensure the mattress size is appropriate for the cot dimensions for a perfect fit.

Every Decotales product comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware issues (hinges, channels, handles).
This warranty does not cover impact damage, exposure to water, or improper handling.
Please record a video while unboxing your product and report any visible damage within 24 hours by sharing the photos/videos with us.
We will repair or replace the affected part/unit after assessment.
Note: Damage claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Since every piece is built and finished on order, we do not accept returns for preference or color change. However, any manufacturing or transit defects will be fully resolved under our warranty policy.
