Position: Project Manager – Interiors

 Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

– Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initial design download to final handover.

– Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and without escalations.

– Maintain high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

2. Client Experience:

– Provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for clients throughout the project.

– Proactively update clients on daily progress.

– Ensure the final outcome meets or exceeds client expectations, making the home interiors experience a cherished memory.

3. Coordination and Communication:

– Liaise with designers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.

– Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

– Manage and resolve any issues that arise during the project.

4. Vendor Management:

– Select and manage vendors and subcontractors.

– Negotiate contracts and ensure vendors meet Decotales’ quality standards.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

– Maintain a comprehensive project booklet with all relevant details, timelines, budgets, and progress reports.

– Prepare and present regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.

6. Site Presence and Quality Control:

– Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is progressing as planned and to the highest standards.

– Be present on-site to oversee the technical installation of units.

– Implement and enforce quality control procedures.

7. Product Demo and Handover:

– Oversee the product demo and handover process to ensure clients understand how to use and maintain their new interiors.

– Ensure all handover documentation is completed and signed off by the client.

8. Planning and Execution:

– Prepare detailed project timelines and plans.

– Execute projects according to the planned timeline.

– Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule.

9. Budget Management:

– Maintain project-wise expenses and work within the allocated budget.

– Ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.

10. Risk Management:

– Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

– Handle any unexpected challenges swiftly and effectively.

 Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.

– Proven experience as a Project Manager in the interior design industry.

– Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

– Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications.
