When is the right time to start your interiors?
- Independent houses and villas: start during construction – after the slab and before plastering. That is when we plan electrical points, false ceilings, plumbing, AC and lighting so nothing is broken later. Design takes about 4–6 months; interiors are installed after flooring and painting.
- New apartments: start design 2–3 months before handover. Once you get the keys, complete modular interiors take about 50–70 days.
- Full home renovation: plan 2–3 months ahead; we sequence civil, electrical, factory work and installation so you move back in quickly.
We come to you – across Bangalore and Karnataka
You don't need to live near JP Nagar. Most clients visit our Experience Centre just once or twice – to see real finishes and sign off the design. After that, our team comes to your home for measurement, design discussions, installation and handover, with regular updates on WhatsApp.

Do I have to keep visiting your Experience Centre?
No. Most clients visit our JP Nagar Experience Centre just once or twice – to see real finishes and sign off the design. Everything else happens at your home: site measurement, design discussions, installation and handover are handled by our team on site, with regular updates on WhatsApp. We deliver across Bangalore and Karnataka.
Can I see materials before deciding?
Yes. Visit our Experience Centre in JP Nagar, and our factory by appointment.
How long do interiors take?
Apartments: typically 50–70 days for complete modular work from design sign-off. Villas: plan 4–6 months of design and 8 months to 1 year of execution.
What does it cost?
2BHK from ₹10–15 lakh+, 3BHK from ₹15–20 lakh+, villas from ₹20 lakh+. You get a room-wise estimate after the first consultation.
